Pic looks good. How are you posting them? If you use the manage attachments links below your post there is a 147 kb size limit.

Another option (one that I use) is to open a free Photobucket account and download pics to it, then use the IMG link below the individual pic to copy/paste it into your post. No size limitation then. Just FYI.

Probably other applications that you can do the same with.
