Default fall bite at Duncan lake

went out right day break and found the bite @16 to 20fow for about an hour and things shut down. It was time to find them again and that was at 30 to 45 fow suspended 12 foot down. It was great being out with no power boaters even though there was a slight drizzle. Light colors were working best, water temp 68 deg., fished till i took my limit of 8 to 9 inches but only took home a few for lunch. time for some cleaning and then back on the road for some perch action, sorry no pictures.

Default U did better than us.

Mama and I ran down to Eagle yesterday about 3 pm. Was a nice day on the lake, but the crappie were not very cooperative. C&R half dozen smallies and some gills.

Got pretty hungry, so stopped at the Grill House just south of Allegan on M-40. Pretty nice place for some fabulous steaks that you grill yourself. Pretty pricey, but what the hey...for a once in a while great night out. Best part it's in Allegan Co. and nobody dresses up down there. Ha!

at least you got out. Sunday morning at a lake up in newyago wasn't very good for crappie, after 3 hours of fishing i caught 1 bluegill.

heard about that steak place, maybe someday when i get your kind of money i might try it. lol

Overrated. Save your money for something more valuable...fishing tackle!
