Thread: Swan lake (Allegan co) 09/12

Went solo after work on Sat. Keeping true to it's non-descript bottom, I had to find 'em, but when I did...



They were in 9-12 FOW and seemed to prefer albino minishads best. Lost 6-8 trying to swing them into the boat. Brought home 18 specks and one dandy gill. Typical of Swan none of the specks were over 10". Yes the lake was beautiful!

i hope its as good on gun next week, i went out Saturday afternoon with about everyone and there brother on gun, didn't really catch many but played looking for new spots and trying to figure out my ff new update patch i put on it

went to a small lake by gun this morning and started out getting fish in the boat and then the fog started to lift off the lake and the crappie shut down, did catch a nice 17 1/2 inch bass on my b&m rod

glad to see you two are still getting into them, I had to spend the whole weekend doing honey-does....( MOSTLY BECAUSE I WAS GONE ALL SUMMER ON SAG BAY CHASING WALLEYE :D )
