    Default Eagle 6/27.

Well I really wanted to be on the water an hour earlier than I did, but that's another story. I checked out the usual spots but didn't mark much, so went deep to 35-40+ FOW. The fish were there and in good numbers. I tried a bunch of diff. baits, but couldn't get them interested.

I did try practicing on my dock shooting too. Need more practice. Needless to say and hate to admit it, but I got SKUNKED. Aaaarrrggg!!!

So you have done that recently and had some success? I have decided that I want to expand my crappie fishing tactics beyond spider rigging, and have been working on shooting docks. Most of the docks and swim platforms on the lakes around here are pretty low to the water line, so I have to be pretty accurate.
