    Default Sluggish 225

    I have a 225 Mercury and it is sluggish on take-off but picks up and planes out. It is also sluggish when loading on trailer and will not push on the trailer. I ahve changed the plugs with no difference. Any suggestions or opinions?

    23 pitch, 3 blade, EFI, on a 620VS Ranger.
