Here is a handy chart I have used for years. Handy to have something like this on hand sometimes. I scanned the picture, so it ain't beautiful. Print it out and stick it somewhere.

I don't see anything electrical on the chart? I am pretty sure my problem is electrical or I have a bad part. Engine has both a electric and pull start so I am not totally out of business though.
