Please let us all know who this place was. So many marine dealers and repair shops hire parts changers with little or no knowledge of what they're doing. For a shop owner to either say, or let an employee say to you what he did is inexcusable. I took my motor to a shop that was recommended to have the carbs done and a few other things right after I bought it. Having sat in a garage for several years it needed checked over. Less than 3 months later I had it in another shop to do the carbs again, and finding out what the other shop never did. After sitting they didn't think it was necessary to do an electronics diagnostic. Go figure. I was smokin pi**ed . Help someone save some money up front.

Had em put a new axle in, replace bushings and bolts with alignment, total $400. I made a 170 mile round trip that used to take almost a full tank, now it takes between 1/2 and 3/4 of a tank. I saved around 7 gal. With this pleasant experience I'll pay that axle off in gas money!

Now it's free! I took those clowns to small claims court and just received the judgement in the mail today. Evidently the judge was in agreement with me and awarded me the verdict. It was my first time doing this, but if you feel somethings wrong, stand up for yourself! Now all I'm out is the end of that brutally hot summer. Thanks from above, Good luck
