Default Seat Repair

I'm looking for a reputable place to get my seats repaired when I take the boat out for winterization.
It's a 1994 boat with original seats. The seams/thread are breaking down. The seats are pretty nice other than the seams so I'd rather repair if I can.

I may end up doing the repairs myself if I can't find anyone reputable. The dealer I bought the boat from had them "repaired" when I bought it. Apparently they weren't reputable because the seams came loose a short time after...

comments/suggestions..etc... welcome.

could be the fabric/vinyl is getting old/rotten and won't hold a seam as it would tear too easy. If that's the case then I'd suggest get new ones as they probably be as cheap as getting the old ones re-upholstered unless you do it yourself.

As a side note to this post, be careful what you clean your seats with. I was using Soft Scrub with bleach. It did a great job on the vinyl. My seats always looked like new. After three years, the stitching started to fall apart. I took them to get repaired and the upholstery shop told me the bleach in the Soft Scrub did them in. I only use mild soap and water now.
