Default better option other than boat carpet

Ok gentlemen,

What is the best option for a boat floor other than carpet. I am thinking about the roll on (paint type) material from Overtons or a truck bed liner type product. Anyone had any experience with either of these type products. I will be putting this in a Ranger 357V that is an '87 model.

thanks
Bill

I have this in both of my boats and love it. Mash all the minnows that you want to, when you get home just wash out with a water hose.

Creekslick, do you have the roll-on stuff or the truck bedliner material? I have a War Eagle with aluminum floor and don't want to put carpet in but need something to cut down on sound when I drop something. Don't want to glue down carpet.

Thanks.

Creekslick,

Sorry, I didn't go to the link you posted before I wrote my last post. Did you glue the stuff from Cabelas down?

Thanks

Yes it is glued down. It's not that hard to do.

+1 on the rubberized rollon from BPS. Be sure and clean and prime first and you will be happy..
