    I'll have to check my router bits. I might have a carbide tipped 3/4". I think I have 3 routers. Lol generally only use two of them.

    That looks great! We use a rotary rasp to add the access holes on our boats and have been pleased with the results. Use with a cordless drill and then take a smooth file to deburr any edges.
