Default Setting up jack plate on boat. Need starting place info.

I'm going to be putting a 6 inch back/4 inch lift manual jack plate on my Excel 203 Bay boat. My 140 Suzuki is now in the 3rd hole up mounted directly to the transom. I'm running a 13 1/2"x21 stainless 3 blade prop. I also have a 4 blade stainless prop that's same size. I'm asking for info as to where I should start out as far as engine height. I'm looking for more bow lift without losing my holeshot which is great right now. My prop guy says he can put more cup in my current props if needed. I've ran jackplates on Skeeter Starfire series bass boats in the past and know the basics of how the plate works and adjusts.

Need some starting place info. Thanks.
