Thread: Lake Holbrook, 5/30

Took my son out fishing just before dusk yesterday evening. Didn't stay long (my son is just shy of 2 yrs old and has a very short attention span). The crappies were out and very aggressive. Got bites on just about every cast and many of them followed the lure right up to my feet. Not a lot of size to them.

I was releived because this is the same lake where i've been finding dead crappie. Am still finding them here and there, but the ones i encountered last night seemed healthy as can be
