Default Crappies near Woodrow Wilson Bridge

I know of a good spot in a cove for crappies thats good but only accessable by boat. Anyone know of a spot in this general area between the bridge and Fort Washington Marina to catch these crappies by land? Tried a couple spots but unfortunally no luck yet. (cant get out by boat until the registry sticker gets in!)

    OK I will fess up.

    Swan Creek
The Washington Channel between the fish boats and the Boat repair place.
Bell Haven Marina at the front rock pile.
Mattawomen Creek at the fishing docks
Back behind the church on Broad Creek, gotta walk a ways down it to find them.

That is it no more secrets..

5 days till crappie season starts.

I have tried Swan Creek, not a bite. But then I did get out in the boat and we fished the Blue plains(or somthing like that) water treatment's dock and caught around 14 ofem. They seemed to only sit under the very center of this dock, mind that its a REALLY big platform and it was kind of hard to cast under it. Caught a few on a white jig but most on flathead minnows about 20" under a bobber. This was last friday the couple hours before dusk at high tide(end of the incoming)

And thanks for the spots! Planning to go at it again in the boat sometime this week when the water reverts abit from this rain.
