Well I don't know where Pikesville is, but if look where the Susquehanna river runs into the head of the Chesapeake Bay, you are real near North East, MD. Look for the intersection of Rt 40 and Rt 272, that will be North East. Go east on Rt 272 into the old part of town, and look for Herb's tackle shop on the right. He can give you the skinny on where to launch and where thaey are biting.

Come around the north side of I-695 to I-95 north. Go over the Susq bridge and get off at Rt-272. RT-272 will take you right into the town of North East. (I think it's exit 100) Follow the signs to Nauti-goose restaurant and the Northeast town park is right next door.

The yellow perch bite is dead! Temps are right for the spawn now, so I guess they have something else on their minds now.
