Scattered crappie
We braved the wind and falling temps to do some Sun. afternoon crappie fishing , went to a pond that is ussually productive in all types of weather. This time the crappie seemed a little finicky a scattered, we would catch 1 at almost every spot but the they would stop again. Ended up with 8 or 9 crappie and several more lost boatside. We did catch alot of other stuff including 2 bass, 2 large pickeral, and some bluegills and y.perch. Considering the high winds all the rain we've had not a bad afternoon. Just 5 of the crappies were nice size. Should get better with some stable weather. G-duck set a record for the most jigs tried in the shortest time lol.
