Default Road Runners with the new chenille Plus a few more Tiger ones

Just tied a few to see how they looked and also did a couple of more of the Tiger colors. Still need to do the other new chenille colors though. Got to say for the first time using an air brush is a bit of a pain, but better than brush for the vinyl paint under coat. Not sure if I will keep using the air brush or back to a brush, but need to give it more time to see if it gets any easier.

Anyone here know any tips on using an air brush with vinyl?

So what do you think?

Not a jig maker, but am a crappie nut, and sure do like those jigs.
Keep up the good work

Nice jigs as usual but last time I used the vinyl I used a brush. I still use some testors model paints with a clear two coat epoxy over the top that I buy from Janns Netcraft, and also some powder. Thinking seriously about switching to straight powder.

The only problem with powder and the road runner heads is you need to wrap some aluminum foil around the swivels when your dipping them, before baking take it off and your good to go.

Got away from the vinyl when Janns told me it only has a shelf-life of about a year before it breaks down or drys out.
