I have had success with the green color lights. Been using them about 10 years now. There is a whole new generation of led lights that draw little power and put out impressive returns.
Looking to set up a boat to get out with at night. I have been researching lights (drop lights and black lights). There are so many different ones on the market. I was just wanting to get some input from you guys. What is the tried and true lights in your experiences? I have seen lights anywhere from 19.99-300. Do I need to go ahead and purchase the expensive ones or will the cheaper stuff work? Again, any input would be greatly appreciated.

Go on You Tube and search " green LED fishing lights," very easy to make and brighter than anything you can buy.
