    Good idea, fairly cheap way the keep minnows alive. I use an aquarium aerator (that I already had) in a smaller tank but do not have any type of filter.
    Yes, as a matter of fact, I do have a retirement plan...FISHING!

    Me too. I change water every 3-4 days to get rid of the minner poo. My minner tank is an igloo cooler, cooled by frozen bottles of water. This has worked for years for me.

    One caution: a submersible pump will add a TON of heat to the tank. I built a "live well" in a cooler using the same idea and cooked a bunch of bluegill. The water got to over 100 degrees.

    Good video, something I have always wondered and maybe someone knows? is what is the ideal water temperature for Minnows?
