Default Need To Get My Boat Done

I need to hurry and get my boat finished. Since I parked it the weather hasn't exactly been cooperating with me, and when I get an opportunity to work on it either the better half or I have an appointment of some kind...MDC report says the water is around 56- 60 degree's and nothing in within casting rang of the bank. need to be able to get off shore dang it. Oh well hopefully soon. going to get some wood around the first, ( I hope ), and get started. Might have the loan of a transom mount trolling motor (by the time I get the seats and transom in). A friend from over Shreveport way said he had one, he had to get to the house and find it and he would drop it off on his way through, ( truck driver ), so that will work till I can get one of my own, then find me a 9.9hp I can afford...hopefully I been good enough and Santa will help with that, Hahaha...

Size: 85.0 KBas you can see, a previous owner has taken all the wood and brackets off the boat. He made some seat top to boat side support brackets out of some flat stock aluminum which I have, but I think There is supposed to be a piece that goes between the corner brackets on top of the transom, not sure, and I didn't get one. My better half said when the tax return comes in I can go get the wood, and trolling motor, (a C2 40# with a 36" shaft), So in the mean time I bought a tarp and bungee cords over to wally world and got it wrapped up like a Christmas package and keeping the water out. Would love to put Mahogany on her, but will probably end up with some white oak with a mess of coats of Spar an it to keep it from rotting out and keep it looking good. Recon I'll keep the bench seats and not try to make a bass boat out of it. Later down the line, the good LORD willing I'll see about getting something my sweetheart will get on as she has a major fear of the water after her first husband ran into a channel marker and sank the boat with her and their oldest son on board ( AN infant at the time )...so she is scared to death of the water....if it isn't in a tub or shower that is, hahahaha...Any way if some knows about that piece between the rear corner braces over the transom please let me know. Make of the boat I don't know, I haven't found a data plate anywhere, and the title says a 1969 aluminum Utility baot. Searches haven't revealed any thing yet. thank you if you have read this far, and always Productive Comments are always welcome. Eric "jamesdean" Pierce.

Size: 63.0 KBSorry folks, wont let me post but one pick per visit to thread...guess I haven't figured that one out yet...any way this is the rear seat area on the right and the inside of the transom area, minus wood of coarse. Seat braces measure 12" outside edge to outside edge of brace...and in the previous picture the dark brown pieces in the bow are some hinges, door type hinges, riveted on each side where the bow seat should be, haven't figured that one out yet...
