    If you haven't fished with a Todd Huckabee meat dragger you haven't felt true sensitivity. They're a little pricier but worth every penny

    My jigging,casting, shallow water trolling rod is a Fenwick HMX 7' light action, 6lb Berkley Crystal spooled on a old Shimano 1000 Quickfire reel.

    Totally agree with jig weight. I have less problems with heavier jigs. Braid requires more focus for me when pitching. Can't let any slack in the line.
