    looks more like a bass guys bait, first thought not a good crappie bait.

    Oh, I'm sure it will catch Crappie .... I'm just not sure it will come back out of the "pile" it dives into (unless it's rigged weedless or on a weedless jig).

    Lots of people use twin curly tail jig bodies, and this "creature" just has two sets of them (albeit paddletails & not curly tails). And I believe some of our DIY plastics pouring members make similar creature baits.

    Pappy, seems like if someone produces something and shows a picture people jump on the band wagon, oh it's awesome, wow what a bait, should be a crappie killer, ,,, well seems like it should be fished and catch fish before people touts its ability to work. just my 3 cents worth. still reminds me of a frog.

    I'm sure they've had "fieldtesters" out there, doing just that. And, yes, it does kinda resemble a frog ... but, I've caught Crappie on baits that look exactly like a crawdad, so who knows maybe they eat frogs, too !!
