[pretty certain] that wasn't worded like that a couple days ago. The printed out rebate does say "pure fishing reserves the right to change the terms of this rebate offer or suspend this rebate offer at any time" and I did find that very strange. Changing the verbiage on the site where you print the forms out from is some shady stuff. Returning all of it if that's the case.

Did some more digging... the paperwork that I filled out actually has the Dick's and Field & Stream logos printed on it as well as different dates and a different OFFER # (R93470) in the shipping address:


And the one that you can currently print from the Berkley website only has the Berkley logo and OFFER # R9267 in the shipping address:



Notice in the lower right corner of each there is a code that signifies which form it is. If you google "DSGBERKTP4-17" you'll get the pdf download for the Dick's specific form. I hope it will be honored by Berkley.

I assume so. The discount was applied when I mixed and matched. I just got all my stuff today from my order. One thing to note: the Crappie Nibbles are the small containers (.9oz) and the Sparkle Nibbles are the large containers (1.2oz)
