This is my first post and I hope this is not breaking site rules. If so I am sorry. A couple of months ago I purchased a couple of crappie rods from Jenko, a small Ky company. In early April my group went to Lake Guntersville for a week. BTW, fishing was good. However, on the first bite or snag, not sure which, one of my new rods snapped. On my return I emailed the company and got a response within an hour. They asked that I send a picture of the break and in 4 days I received a replacement tip section for my rod. I was floored by the great service I received. I am certainly not advertising for them, however, service is a key characteristic of any company I give my business to. I love their products and wanted to share what I have found to be a rare experience.
