    Tried carp didn't like them, so catch and release them.

    I leave heads on my fish most of the time. when it gets larger than I like for grilling then I fillet them.

    We just kept a couple nice largemouths and baked them with butter,lemon and old bay,my boy loves them baked like that.Growing up my dad was a smallmouth fisherman and we were alway keeping and eating some of them,I think they taste pretty good.
