Thumbs up Very Good Response from TTI-Blakemore on complaint.

I previously had posted a complaint about the brittle hooks on Roadrunners. From their web site I sent them my complaint and got a very positive response from Ron Stallings the next day offering to replace the defective product.

    Here was Ron's response

    Lee,

Thank you for informing me of your problem.

Our products are designed to do exactly as you want them to. However, we received some hooks recently that were over tempered and we had no way of knowing this until we had a few complaints on them. So, you may have gotten some of the older ones. I do apologize for the failure and would like to make good on this for you. Do you still have the products and the package they came in? If you do please return them to me at the address below and I will replace them for you along with a few more for your shipping cost and problems you have received. If not, please let me know what they are. Please include size, color and quantity you purchased and where you purchased them at.

Once again, I am sorry for the problem and we have corrected it.

If you have any further questions please contact me again.

They acknowledged the problem and offered replacements. Not having the packaging, and being rather lazy I wouldn't go to the trouble/bother of
sending them back for replacements. But feel like the new ones I have purchased will work OK.

Anyhow thought I would post something about their response and attitude which I liked very well.

Anyone ever notice how much easier it is to quickly compose and send negative and complaining ones as compared to a complimentary note. Well here is my thumbs up to TTI-Blakemore.

One class outfit. I plan to use the RoadRunner in the CAST Championship.
Now, if I could just talk them into sending me a couple of shirts and caps to wear during the tourney....
