Very funny--But sadly very true here in Illinois we get rain every 3 days or sooner and its always between 1 & 3 inches and that's
up in northern Illinois ,the really heavy stuff just misses us and pounds central and south central Illinois. There a lots of corn field all flooded out up here. The Kankakee River is one flooded out mess.
Some of those corn fields south of the river are holding more water than the river does normally.....

Here we go-----only got about 1/3" yesterday but on TV there are posting a flash flood watch for tomorrow-two rounds of thunderstorms are expected, torrential rains capable of producing ONE to Three inches in a matter of a hour or two. I feel sorry for the farmers many who are growing lakes not corn, higher ground fields got 5 feet tall corn.

We get about 1 day of sun every week. Set a new record for the most rain in the month of June. Most rain ever recorded in the month of June. I believe it is about 11". We are experiencing our normal April/May storms/showers later than normal this year. We already have severe heat warnings out for tomorrow. Going to be one hot and humid week. My garage floor is soaked and it hasn't rained today. Condensation. This keeps up and I'll be replacing my Oak trees with palm trees.
