    Lightbulb Lowrance DHS7

    Wife gave me a new Lowrance HDS7 fishfinder + GPS Chartplotter for Christmas. Need input about placement. Just crappie fisherman. Probably up front. Has insight map. Will I need Navionics map, if so which one. Fish KY. Lake mostly near Paris Landing area. Long line troller. Thanks.

    good thing about the insite map is it shows the actual creek channel. If you plan on adding the down scan I would put it on the console, otherwise put it up front with you
