    Exclamation Yesterdays Catch

Fished for about 4 hours yesterday morning[it was chilly early!].Almost all these came off laydowns/blowdowns in 12 to 24 ft. of water. All Including the spots were caught on a 1/16 oz. jig with orange body/chart. tail Squirmin Squirts. They were hitting it hard for a change-no doubt when one was on!!I think maybe their stating to put on the fall feedbag.I pry threw back 20-25 under 10". Lost more then my share of jigs but when ya cast & retreive on wood thats to be expected!!!Hope ya all get a cooler full!!!!

Orange and Chartruse, hmm, sounds familiar. Been the hottest combo of the summer for me.

Dennis, you fish out of Sunset mostly? I used to spend a lot of time up there on the Obey when I lived in Tn. Done quite a bit of nightstalking...snatching shad with trebles under the lights. We would usually catch a good mixed bag of crappie, walleye, smallmouth and an occasional stripe.

[COLOR=DarkOrangeundefinedI Do most of my fishing from the Wolf end. I live at Gunnels camp so I rarely take my boat out. When I do fish the Obey end its usually the Eagle Creek area.Lots of good Crappie Holes with some good Gills & Smallmouth on ocassion!!
