Thread: Darbonne Saturday and Sunday

Went back this morning and had nine more fish. Fished were I finished on Saturday when I had 14 fish. 3 or four were 15 -16" Two were small, the rest were 12 to 13". Jim

I wanted to go today but yesterday coming home from Caney I looked in my rear view mirrow and saw blue smoke coming from around the right rear wheel of my boat trailer. Limped home took it apart need a new hub and bearings but should be back in business next week. Till then don't catch them all.

I was there also this morning also. fishing was not as good as the other day got seven lost about four all males but two. Got all within thirty minutes from 9:30-10:00. john

Went Sat morning and caught 14, the biggest was 2.2 lbs.Went back this afternoon with my wife and we only caught 3.I think people using shinners did pretty good.Tommy

Got 22 Sat. all but 1 were males and 10 this evening. Pretty slow.

Went this afternoon and ended up with only 7 fish although they were good ones. I ended up losing 4 fish which seemed a little odd but it happens.

The fish seemed to want to get the jig and run, most of them were very lite hits. Camo J what kind of boat were you in? I was fishing stow creek, what about the rest of you?

Might run up there one afternoon this week. Jim

Yes, Darbonne has a good number of docks. And they hold a lot of fish.
