    Thumbs up Jig heads

Every now and then someone is asking about jigheads. I get mine from TCI Lures on Ebay or email him direct at <tjcrenshaw@hotmail.com>. I ordered 100 1/32 minnow head jig with collars and sickle hooks on Friday afternoon and got them in the mail on Monday. Now that's fast service, and some nice looking jigs to boot.
Thanks Tommy, I appreciate the fast service.

top jig = 1/32 oz #6 hook, crystal shrimp pattern
middle = 1/16 oz ball jig I use to tie jigs on
bottom = 1/32 oz fish head to use with panfish assassins

You don't expect us to buy something unseen, huh?
I didn't think you were that kind of guy.

Pete, I hesitated before posting thinking I should be attaching pictures, but I was at work and didn't have any pics with me. I'll edit later this evening and post the pics. By the way, those things should come with a warning, "handle at your own risk". Man they are sharp, dangerously sharp.

I tie a similar ghost shrimp fly on unweighted hooks for the salt. Great fly when they are in the shrimp.
The fish are biting somewhere and here I am on the computer again...

LSUguy, it a great pastime and an addiction. It's also a lot of fun. I'm just a beginner but have had some success with those I tie. I tie mostly marabou jigs for crappie and a few smaller one for bluegills that I'm hoping to prove out later this spring.

Good looking jigheads.. It don't look like you have to do any trimming on them.. I buy my sickle hooks on ebay and pour my own.
