Went today after work and got to the lake about 530 and fished one dock and had one bite that was it, decided to try the bridge for the last 45 min of daylight i had left and caught 3. One on a white grub rolled in slow along the pillings and two on minows about 8 feet deep. Then it got dark and i couldn't ge any more bites i stayed for about 20 min after it got dark. Watr temp 55.6 deg.

Thanks for the report.
You can't fish with a hung line!
Kinda off topic but if i visited your favorite house the other day it is a beige color with blue trim.I did not catch anything but i'll keep trying. It looks like a good spot.
Yeah i seen it to in daylight turns out his light is always on it appears and he always has yo-yo s out. i didn't have time to fool with it.
What house are you talking about?
When you leave the launch and go toward the bridge it is the second dock on the right after you go around the curve to the right. It has a fence and gate by the dock.
We are thinking of fishing bayou black... crawford canal area.... this sat or sun... any suggestions...
We have never fished there, but looking at the map, looks kinda like the spillway...

just wanted to make sure that you knew that "this" black bayou is in benton, just north of bossier and ne of shreveport. kinda got the impression that there must be another bb down south.
