Thread: Mooringsport help

Hello everybody. I have been reading these boards for a while and finally joined:D I have learned alot from your post and I thank ya'll for the info. I have a question that I know someone on here will know the answer to, I plan on fishing Mooringsport in the morning. Where is the closest place to buy live bait . Will I have to bring it from Bossier or is there a place closer to the launch? I thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Place called The Triangle did have some. It's right off Hwy 1 and I think 538. Sportsmans Depot on the way up Hwy 1 is the place I always go. They'll bag them with air so you can take your time getting them where you're going. Hope it helps, welcome to the board, and good luck tomorrow!

Thanks abunch. I'll give the Depot a shot. That's alot better than pack them from Otto's in south Bossier. Most are dead by the time I get the livewell filled up!
