Thread: Larto Report?

Can anyone give a report from Larto? Taking my 9 yr old daughter tomorrow and would like to put her on some fish.

The wife and I were up there last week, didn't fish but talked to others who did and weren't doing very well. The water is up a foot or so above pool stage. Sorry I couldn't tell you they are jumping in boat. How you catch a bunch.

Well we caught 2 fish in 3 hours fishing near the island. Slow but the kids had fun anyway. Water temp was 56 degrees, and depth was 14 to 15 feet. We caught them by bottom bumping a crappie rig baited with minnows.

Hey Big Daddy, glad you didn't get sunked and the kids had fun. I will be back up there around the 13th, and for the Gathering on the 23rd. Maybe I can scout out some fish and find a pattern.

Hate to hear that yall didn't do that good, hopefully the bite will pick up soon, it would be nice to be able to catch some fish for the gathering in a few weeks. Thanks for the report.
