Thread: Local Reservior

I went to a local reservior called Bussy Brake yesterday. I haven't fished there in 12 years but at that time it was a buzzing place. Yesterday afternoon I was the only boat there and didn't catch a fish. I found fish but couldn't catch them. I would feel a "tick" not even a bump. Once I came up with a scale that look like shad. Water tempwas 41.6; I try it again when the temp gets close to 50. I know they are there.

S/c A Friend Of Mine Taught Me A Trick When They Only Will Peck Or Tick On A Jig He Keeps A Pole Rigged With A Different Color Usual Completely Opposite From What He Is Using And A Lot Of The Time They Will Hit It Hope This Helps

There hasn't been a horse power restriction in several years but they do lock the gates at night. There was a lot of vandalism. Thanks speckle; I was fishing three jigs of diffirent colors on two poles. It seem blu/white was all they would peck.
