Default I'm Still Here And Have Pics To Prove It..

For anyone who thought I had gotten lost, I have found my way back. Finally a day off without gale force winds or rain. Went to Darbonne this morning and it was so foggy that you couldn't see couple of hundred feet. Didn't get to fish where I wanted to cause I was afraid to cross the lake without being able to see. Was gonna follow Greg in his boat cause he had his GPS, but he got out of sight and I got turned around and ended up on the opposite side of the lake. Once I figured out where I was I ran the bank until I got close to the dam where I had something I could see so I could make it back across the lake. Ended up fishing around the boat ramp. All fish were caught around 16-17 ft. deep on Cajun Cricket....Rick

That's a good bunch of crappie, especially from a man that was lost and didn't get to fish where he wanted to. Way to go Rick, thanks for the report and the pictures.

    A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

Rick, that looks like a good haul to me. Glad you were able to get on them. I would like to make another trip up to DarBonne, but that trip is a killer. What is a cajun Cricket? Congrats on the catch and thanks for the pics and report.

I wouldn't mind getting lost if I ended up with a mess of fish like that! :D Nice mess of fish there Rick. Looks like you should have stayed around the launch from the get go. Thanks for the pictures and report.
