    I probably won't be able to make it on the 14th but that should be a good day for y'all. I still wouldn't bet that it'll be down to 25 on the 14th. Forecasts only include 24-48 hrs of future rainfall. 20-25 ft range is where I've had trouble finding the fish but have heard good reports. Must not be at my usual spots in this range. When it gets down to 20 and below it's easier to find them along piers and rafts. I'm probably taking my boys next weekend mainly to do a little boat riding and watch the firework show on the 3rd. River might be flat or dropping. Hopefully we can put a few bream or sacs in the boat.

    OK looks like the Miss River is finally going to cooperate with our plans. I have my mouth set on that hamburger after any way catching fish is just an added bonus. Sense this has been taking about 3 mo. to happen do we have a head count on who is interested ?

    I want to go but that's the one Friday I can't. I'll be off on "sick" leave after getting my wisdom teeth pulled. My luck I'd pass my boss up with the boat behind me.

    Looks like the river will be rising a little on the 14th. Good stage but the forecast is showing a little rise.

    I'm trying to wrestle with the Miss river, and I'm losing.....the Baton Rouge graph also shows a rise on 14th.....Well lsu, go get those wisdom teeth pullled.....maybe we can finally line this up another day.......

    I made a trip today with my wife and 2 boys after seeing the river was still falling. Naturally I had motor issues. Ended up being a bad fuel bulb. Drowned a few crickets but didn't make it to my normal spots. Mainly took them boat riding. Thinking about going to Henderson tomorrow or Tuesday morning.
