    I went yesterday and picked up 13 Sac-a-lait and 2 small bass. Largest one was 15" caught on a 1/8 oz chrome and blue rattle trap. Picked two in Pelba using that and then went to the pits next to the levee and got the rest. The water is slowly dropping and is also clearing up in Begeaux by the interstate. Hope this helps.

    P.S. The rest were caught on a black and chart tube jig about 18" under a cork. Next to the banks and trees.

    Yeap, that was me. I think it will be getting good. The pilings of the railroad track are showing more and more but it seems to be slow. The water there is starting to clear. I enjoyed the day. Hope to see you again.

    Well work made me go in on Friday, but I went Saturday. Battled the winds and pulled 25 sacs and 4 trashy bass! I'd post a pic but haven't tried yet
