if the link doesnt work you can find it on youtube bobwellsfishing11..it was filmed on a flip camera..i love the lake,,i stick by my moto...if ya see the row ,,let it go...lol after the spawn i might keep my limit...only if i could catch 25....

It looked like you were out in open water in front of those trees. Now, let me say that I have never been to the Point, and not trying to steal a honey hole, just want to learn. What depth were those in? What was the temp? Why were they out in that open water with all that timber there?

Kman...there is no such thing as a honey hole on the point..but i start by tight lining in 8-10 fow...move to 5 fow and then to the bank....or vice versa..also if ya go..pay attention of what the other boats are doing..unfort...i have located a few spots that are not obvious...but as soon as people see ya catch fish..they move in,,and your honey hole is no longer a secret...lol...good luck fishin
