Thanks to Waxnslabs excellent report yesterday I decided to try the Stowe Creek area on D'Arbonne today. Caught 50 and kept 33. Most were good fish with a few over 1.5 lbs. Caught them on the 10' flats on both sides of the bridge fishing a gray/chartreuse hair jig close to the bottom. Also tried the shallows and caught 8 nice ones around the cypress trees in 4 FOW.
tbone or anyone that can answer is this stow creek? I'm still trying to learn my areas of the lake. thanks
We will never forget. (343)
Here's the whole batch. Sorry for two photo posts but I'm still trying to learn how to use photobucket.

Nice fish, I have been wanting to try there. I will be somewhere on the lake or down stream in the morning. Jim

Nice bunch of fish there Tbone, I guess those dark ones were the ones from the trees.

Way to go Terry!
At that rate you might get to profile yourself in a sac-a-lait fishing
article one day! :D
In any case, I loved the part about "four feet of water"! Might be able to catch one on a fly here shortly!
Don't cut 'em any slack!
