Thread: Windy River Sacs

Went back to my party barge on the the Tickfaw and caught a 11" sac on my first cast and nothing more than a few mid sized bream. Went looking for some new spots with no sacs but some small green trout, most were on boat docks.
Worked my way back to the party barge and ended the day keeping 8 sacs and 4 bream in the box.
Water was muddy and the wind blowing. I was tight lining with black and chart, blue and white, and mardi gras hair jig. 1/32 minnow head. I don't think color made much difference.

Sounds like hard fish, but you managed a few.. Congrats and thanks for the report.
