. We didnt want to drop the 125 bones for ONE! OR 350 for the three pack! The barrels are 8 ft wide and 6 ft tall. We plan on putting out 3 barrels to a hole. Message CrappieCleaner for the coordinates ( just to let you know I didnt let him see the GPS)!

Ya can't no more do what ya don't know than ya can come back from where ya ain't been!:D
they will work good you don't need any weight in them. the deeper they get the heavy they git. i drop some two years ago they still holding fish.you may need a few more large holes in them where they will fill up with water faster.john
I need one of those gps. I guess we will have to watch for you on the lake and then guess where you were. Jim
Rudd fishing
Camo, you really catch fish on them? All year?
Rudd fishing
We're goin to put a few inches of sackrete in them. Thinking about putting some rectangular openings in the barrel to let baitfish swim in and out of.
note to self when making barrels - make sure chemicals have been cleaned out of barrel or make other person stand over the barrel and hold it down while you drill the holes in it
is that one inch pvc pipe?
DuBroc"Lily pads, grass, mud,stumps,5 ft beaver dams, you better hold on! "
Jim. where I drop the barrels I only fish them from nov-feb when the fish are in that area but I have seen pictures of where one fellow had caught fish close to them in aug
we used 1/2 inch pipe, about 150ft total
we have ideas using the same type for shallow water
