    Default Claiborne yo yo fishing?

I was reading your post Trollman about being a lifetime resident of claiborne parish. Is now the time to start yo yo fishing claiborne? My place is on Harmon Loop, about halfway up Issac Creek from open water. Seen some old yo yo sets. thinking about setting some out soon, will they be up in the creek channel at night? Kingfisher, you may know something about this? What part of the lake is your camp? hope to meet you guys over there someday. I'll either be in a blue ranger with a 150 merc, or a jon boat with a 9.9 johnson. HAPPY NEW YEAR to all and GOOD FISHING!

    Red face Miss. Mel

Sorry, I have no idea this year. Usually a little later on yo yos. Having trouble getting them to bite this year. Fish are making a fool of me.

    Default thanks for reply

Went out to claiborne sat afternoon to do a little cleaning up on my lot, too pretty to stay inside. Took my boat with, thought I'd see what the fish were doing. Only seen one boat on the water, still high and muddy, didn't even bother to wet a line. KINGFISHER if I don't see you on the lake while it's so cold, maybe this spring. TROLLMAN, thanks for the reply, guess we'll just have to keep trying till they start biting, let me know if you hear anything. Talked to Glenn @ Pardens when leaving yesterday, only a few bar fish.
