Just wondering how many people would be able to make shore lunch Friday around 11-12 if decided to do it. If enough interest I would put something together. Kinda like last time where you just bring your drinks. Would be at my camp about 1.5 miles back toward main lake from state park.

I would like to come but I think I will be in New Orleans watching West Monroe. I saw your pictures nice mess of fish. Do you think the afternoon bite might be good this week? I can't get up there till about 3. Jim

There are two things to aim for in life: First, to get what you want; and after that, to enjoy it. Only the wisest of mankind achieves the second. Author unknown, but I like it!
Sounds great to me also.

I should be able to make that! Thanks:D

Not sure if we will be up there in time but thanks for the offer.
You can't fish with a hung line!

Dman And I Can Come And Bring Drinks And Anything Else. Thanks.
I think we have enough to do this. If anyone else decides to come just post it on this thread, that way we have enough for everyone. I will just do it like last time. Be there @ 11am an lunch will be cooking. Probably fry some perch, fries, hushpuppies with some other fixins and the cobbler seemed to be a hit last time so we will do it again. All you have to worry about is your drinks. My camp is up the little Darbonne arm about 2 miles up from Forks Ferry and about 1.5 miles down from state park. While be a red/white/blue windsock on channel poll. Will try to post map. Anyone is welcome, just let me know so we will have enough.
Crappienator, If I can find the place the wife and I will be there. If you can post any kind of map it would help, or at least the highway number and address.
