Starting a week vacation in the morning, can't decide to fish in the morning and hunt in the evening or hunt in the morning and fish in the evening. What a problem to have.Got a camp on Darbonne so whenever I come home I'll try to update everyone on the fishing. What reports I'm getting now sounds pretty good and improving everyday.Ya'll don't work to hard,I think I'll just fish tomorrow lol !!! Tommy

p.s. I'm fishing in a 17 ft camo stick steer War Eagle with a 60 evinrude,if you see me stop and say Hi !!!

Sounds like a terrible problem to have. Enjoy you week off. I'm sure that you have earned it.

Sounds like a plan. My week off starts mon. morning. Hope to get at least one day in before the gathering next weekend. May spend some time running around trying a lot of different spots. Usually don't try that approach as I only have a 15 hp. on my boat so that takes a little time that would be better spent fishing....

Vacation? whats that? Good luck on your hunting and fishing trips... hope you can find them good on the lake, we southerners may need some tips as to where to go when we get up there.
You can't fish with a hung line!

    Cool

2 at a Time, I would go fishing in am. Have caught my limt last 2 days. Fishing up the creeks. Bite fair in morning and then on fire from @ 10am - 1pm. Havent been able to fish past @ 1:30 due to coming home to meet school bus. My dad is fishing right now and I have to go back to clean fish this evening so I should know about afternoon bite tonight.

Some people have the toughest decisions in life but I know you can handle it. Good luck whichever way you decide to go.

Good luck! You've had some great weather so far! I'll be on Darbonne Wed through Sat. Stop and tell me what kind of luck you're having. I've got a 16 ft Fisher (stick steer) with a 40hp Honda.
