Cypress 11/6 and 11/7
Hit Cypress for first time this year. Went Friday by myself from 7 till noon. Caught 17 on shiners. Fished a little north of the beach and seemed to get bites just off the channel in 12-14 foot range a couple cranks off bottom. Saturday my buddy and I went and caught 19 fishing in same fashion. Fished from daylight till about 1130. I was really happy with the size. Caught some really nice ones. Also got a chance to visit with Doc Waldo (Mark) for a bit. He really whacked em.

Definately some good looking fish!
My wife & I went today...we started out noticing a flat on the trailer when we got to the store! That should have told us right there to stay home...nope, we swapped out the flat for the spare & headed for the launch.
We fished from about 10 until about 1 or so & caught 3 little fish! Tried drifting the channel as well as some brush piles & just could not put it together!
