    Default darbonne cabins available

    hey guys,

i just checked the website for darbonne state park, and there are 10 cabins in the area that we stayed at last year. this is the area that we had diinner each nite. the cabins that are available are #'s: 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 11, 12, 16. i booked cabin #9 a little while ago. this is the one that we stayed in last year.

it looks like the weekend of the 20th is gonna get the most votes, and i recommend going ahead and booking yoiur cabin now. and if the date changes, there is no penalty for cancelling if youi give them 15+ day notice.

the website is Campgrounds and Camping Reservations - ReserveAmerica

and it is easy to navigate youir way around. if anyone needs/wants to jump in our cabin, they say it sleeps 8 and its only me and my father in law right now. so just let me know.

    can't wait to see everyone.

    doc

i forgot to put this in the earlier post. the cabins are $90/nite. when you book on line, they require $95 of it at that point. the rest is due when you check in. all of the cabins i mentioned are in the same loop as the cabin we all ate in last year. i did not check any of the other loops.

Thanks for the link Doc. I just signed up for cabin 18----the same one we had last year. Let us know what food we need to bring for the group eat-a-thon. I believe we brought some TACO SOUP last year. We can do it again if the group wants it.

    Default Eat-a-thong. Hilarious!!!

I was planning on coming to the get-together until SPORTCITY said we were going to eat thongs. LOL. I'm sure (mostly anyway), that this was a typo, but I shot coke through my nose. I thought about making another comment, but I was afraid it might get deleted. I'm trying to be a better role model for my children.

Alright, I couldn't let it go. Did we have an Eat-a-thong at the Cypress Lake get-together? Did the park rangers shut it down? If there was such a thing, it must have been before I arrived or after I left. I would have remembered if it happened while I was there.
