Thread: C'mon guys, need the report on the Larto

C'mon guys need the report on the Larto get together today.

It's a little after 6Pm so y'all must not have had time to get back, get unpacked, cleaned up and said hello to the family since there isn't a report yet.
Think of it as PawPaw gene and I needing our fix!:D

Don't forget about me I want to know too. I get out of here Tuesday will be ready to fish Wednesday.

It was slow for most, but some good fish were caught. Brown/orange, red/chartruese, black/orange are the colors we caught on, although we didn't catch many. Probably around 15 total and kept 8. We were drifting/trolling in 12ft of water in the bayous. But Most of the bigger fish that were caught (by others) came from the lake.

Thanks Johnny. I couldn't sleep anymore this morning wanting to know what went on. Now I can rest, tie a few jigs and get ready to get back on the roof and put down some metal. Y'all have another great day. Did you see the post by B CUZ. Things happen so fast and when least expected so you guys take care especially on the drive home.

Johnny thanks for the report, every little bit helps. Was the water about the same or has it fallen out some more? It was dropping very slow the last time I was up there.

PawPaw gene I wasn't up at the time you wrote but shortly after. Hope you get a lot of roof put on today and finish up real quick - the fish will be calling you soon.

I don't know if the water was dropping or not, its been too long since I had been there. Billy said that the lake is about normal Summer pool.

The fish fry's were good. We had a small one on friday night and a big one saturday. Both were excellent and I don't think anyone left hungry, if they did, it was their own fault because there was enough fish to feed another 20 people.
