hey guys, i was fishing at bistineau last weekend and talked to some fellows that had caught some nice perch out of plum orchard. caught them on a jig, fishing the tops in the channel. the ramp at plum orchard is low, but you can still get out, don't know how much longer that will be. wanted to pass that along
