Default ever wondered what a $55,000 boat looks like??

my buddy just bought this triton tx2. he paid a fortune for it, and he won't even crappie fish out of it. go figure. but it is really a nice rig, but it better be for the money. do i even need to tell yall that he is NOT married and has NO kids. man--if i was single and didn't have braces and soccer fees to pay for, i coiuld have one too. hehehe

Sure is a purdy boat. I wouldn't know how to act with something that fancy.

For that price and after I saw the first picture, I thought it had a couple of pop out jet skis sitting in the middle of it!

It's a nice boat to be sure, but that's more than I paid for my first house. I'll have to stick with the smaller stuff and leave them big toys for the big boys. Hope he enjoys it!

I LIKE IT! ! !

Difference between men and boys are the price of their toys.

I'll never have to worry about that guy being in one of my spots. He'd never take that shiny rig where I like to fish. If he ever did, he'd scrape about 20,000 off the value before he could get it back on the trailer. Glad folks buy that kind of rig, keeps the value up on my old tubs. Will be interested to see how much, and what kind of electronics you put on a $55,000 boat. Shiny, shiny,Shiny

well i can tell you that he has a lowrance 520 at the console and at the bow. he also has a bunch of led lights all over the boat. but this boat is sweet. it has dual pumps on the live well, pumpout, recirc, etc. but i bet he never will have a chum bucket on it, or a rod holder mounted to the gunwall. so for me, it is not what i want. hehehe

This ole boy has fished over 20 years with 90% of the trips in a pirogue. Doesn't get me there fast, but I can still catch a few fish which is what counts.

I hope he enjoys that fancy boat though. Like Doc said...no wife and no kids...If I didn't have either, I'd probably have more toys too... but for myself, I'd rather have the family I have, and fish from the bank if I have to.

Seriously, best of luck to him with it.
