I got a jerky shooter and a deyhydrator this past year, so I'll be sure to get some jerky ready for the next fish together. I hear that crappie tastes pretty good made into fish jerky. I've never tried it, but I might have to do some experimenting.
P.S. - Got an email from my cousin today and he said he received his welcome packet from the club. Kevin is an official member of the KCA now. Wonder what the total membership is now?
