Thread: KCA Archery Hunters

Just wondering how those of you who hunt with a bow are doing do far? I was lucky enough to take an 8pt Wednesday evening. Not a real big rack, but he is a legal buck here in 2D.

congrats. I blew it on a big buck so far, but saw 3 bucks and 5 does tonight. It's been tough for me this year all the way around. One shooter tonight, about the size of yours, but no shot. There is always monday. Congrats again. Don

It is really starting to heat up now. I have seen bucks chasing does the last few days, so I think you will probably get your chance soon.

I got a jerky shooter and a deyhydrator this past year, so I'll be sure to get some jerky ready for the next fish together. I hear that crappie tastes pretty good made into fish jerky. I've never tried it, but I might have to do some experimenting.

P.S. - Got an email from my cousin today and he said he received his welcome packet from the club. Kevin is an official member of the KCA now. Wonder what the total membership is now?
